Projects at Neonflake
As a mechanical intern, I had the opportunity to work on robotics and food grade automation machines, and also integrated electrical systems into the automation. This experience allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and skills in both mechanical and electrical engineering, and I am grateful for the opportunity to apply my skills to real-world projects.

Buttermilk Machine
A buttermilk vending machine was designed and fabricated by me. It dispenses high quality, chilled, and safe buttermilk for customers.I was responsible for every aspect of its creation, including the design, fabrication and electronics and embedded system integration.

Dashcam
Designed a Dash cam with video streaming and location tracking capabilities. Casing and holder were also designed by me, and I worked with a team mate to program the device. The dash cam is able to stream video directly to a server along with location details for up to 18 hours, thanks to its inbuilt battery. This dash cam is a reliable and useful tool for recording and tracking events while on the go.

Battery Pack
A 3s3p battery pack was designed with portability, safety, and versatility in mind. It consists of three cells connected in series and three cells connected in parallel, resulting in a compact and efficient design. The battery pack was designed to be portable and safe to use, and it has a multipurpose design that allows it to be used for a variety of applications.

Robotic Arm Actuator
I designed a robotic arm base and shoulder that utilizes a helical planetary gear system to lift payloads efficiently, and also integrated control systems to enable the joints of the arm to be accurately controlled. This allows the robotic arm to handle various tasks and payloads with precision and reliability.
